Nuova GIDUE a LabelExpo 2011

GIDUE partecipa alla LabelExpo Europe 2011 (Hall 12, stand 100-110) con una gamma di prodotti completamente rinnovata per l’industria dell’etichetta e dell’imballaggio. “Il nuovo piacere di stampare per la nuova generazione di stampatori” sarà il tema GIDUE per il Salone.

Digital Flexo™: per la prima volta nell’industria flessografica a bobina stretta, la macchina provvederà automaticamente al set-up e alla produzione. Gli sprechi sono ridotti a numeri “digitali” (meno di 10 metri per un set-up di 8 colori).

Snow Ball™: Un’idea semplice (un albero di ribobinatura mobile per la raccolta sfrido) che rivoluziona l’industria delle etichette autoadesive. Grazie allo Snow Ball™ le machine da stampa GIDUE possono raggiungere velocità dal 30 al 200 per cento superiori ai sistemi di sfridatura “tradizionali”.

Offset Cube™: GIDUE presenta la nuova Compact Offset Cube™ montata su un nuovo tipo di piattaforma. Intercambiabile con altri tipi di processi stampa. Caratterizzata dalla nuova tecnologia Mini-Cassette™ con costi paragonabili a quelli della stampa a maniche.

New Flower™: la più performante unità di stampa nella storia dell’industria delle etichette a bobina stretta, dal 1999, la testa flexo Flower™, può raggiungere una larghezza bobina fino a 630mm e una velocità di 250 m/min.

GIDUE participates to LabelExpo Europe 2011 with a completely redesigned product range for the labels and packaging industry. “The new pleasure of printing for next generation printers” is the GIDUE theme for the show.

Digital Flexo™: for the first time in the narrow-web flexo industry, the printer does not manually operate printing and register adjustments. Printing during set-up and production is automatically operated by the press. Wastes are reduced to “digital” numbers (less than 10 meters for 8 colours set up).

Snow Ball™: Like a snowball the waste “rolls and grows”, without changing the distance from the stripping point. A simple idea (a movable rewind shaft for the matrix) which revolutionize the self adhesive industry. With Snow Ball™ GIDUE label printing presses can achieve speeds 30 to 200 per cent higher than with “traditional” stripping systems.

Offset Cube™: GIDUE introduce the new compact Offset Cube™ mounted on a new platform design, it can be interchanged with any process head, it features the new Mini-Cassette™ technology. With comparable costs to the printing sleeves, the Mini-Cassette™ achieves high printing quality, robust manufacturing, stability during the years.

New Flower™: the most successful print unit in the history of the narrow web industry, since 1999, the original Flower™ flexo head, has been modified to meet the requests of the shrinkable sleeves and the flexible packaging industries. The New Flower™ can reach the web width of 630 mm. The maximum operating speed has been upgraded up to 250 m/min.
