Cuore del sistema è l’i-Power D, alimentatore digitale ad accensione istantanea e potenza regolabile completamente controllato da microprocessore.

Le sue principali caratteristiche sono:

• accensione istantanea: il sistema è pronto in meno di un secondo;

• stepless: da 10 W/cm, la minima potenza di stampa;

• alimentazione universale: 230V (Monofase) / 400V (Trifase) 50/60 Hz.

In questo sistema la lampada si sincronizza con la macchina, accendendosi in fase di stampa e spegnendosi a macchina ferma; inoltre con la potenza regolabile e immediatamente disponibile, (a partire da 27 W/cm, la più bassa nel panorama internazionale) è possibile adattarsi a ogni applicazione e avere così un’infinita gamma di configurazioni. UV Ray

UV Ray, company dedicated to developing UV tailored systems, presents a new generation of systems for digital power and dichroic mirrors shutterless. Heart of the system is the i-Power D, containing a digital electronic power supply and power adjustable, completely controlled by a microprocessor.

Its main characteristics are the follow:

• Instantaneous start-up: the system is ready in a few seconds;

• Stepless: from 10 W/cm, the minimum printing power;

• Universal Power: 200 V (one/triphase) / 230 V (one/triphase) / 400 V (triphase) 50/60 Hz.

In this system, the lamp synchronizes with the machine, so, it turns on when printing and turns off when the machine stops. Moreover, the adaptable power (from 10 W/cm, the lowest in international view) allows an infinity range of configurations and so to fit to any solutions required. These characteristics materialized in the first lampheads shutterless: very small dimensions, no costs and energy savings, strong and absolutely reliable. Thanks to minimum dissipated power it does not need a cooling unit and moreover no adjustment of the electric system.
